Caramelized Garlic Chicken

I haven't posted a recipe in a while so.....here ya go!  I'm on a chicken phase right now (losing weight) and this is one of my faves!!!

Caramelized Garlic Chicken

2 teaspoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced (i buy the stuff in the jar or tube)
4 teaspoons brown sugar
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Heat oven to 500*.  Line shallow roasting pan with foil.  Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.  Heat oil in small nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until hot.  Add garlic; cook 1-2 minutes or until garlic beings to soften.  Remove from heat stive in brown sugar until well mixed.  Place chicken breast halves in sprayed foil-line pan and spread garlic mixture evenly over each chicken piece.  Bake at 500* for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear

I have served with buttered noodles (or buttered bread crumbed noodles), or rice and usually steamed broccoli.

HOPE YOU ENJOY!
