beginning resolutions early

As I posted before my fitness goal is 50 pounds in the next 52 weeks.  i will also be tracking my body fat percentages.  I just figured out my body fat on The Eat Clean Diet and I am WAY embarrassed about it.  I don't know how often I should measure myself, but am thinking I will do it weekly.  How am I a good example of health and fitness to my children?  Today at the store I finally took a return to Wally World and then stopped to look at Wii games.  What did my eyes see?  ZUMBA for the Wii!  Over my budget, but I got it!  I have GOT to get this under control!  Off we start today with the Zumba!  Wish me luck, I know I am going to need it!
